Your holiday villa provides
The villa was constructed from natural stone only and consists from a 2-storey and a 1-storey part at medium level. It has 140 square meters of dwelling space.
In the 1-storey part there is the large dining-room with an open plan kitchen which is separated by a small bar.
A door opens to a small terrace where one can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Stairs lead from the dining-room to both floors of the 2-storey part of the building.
On the ground floor it has a living-room with open fireplace and TV. A large door opens to the terrace and the swimming pool.
On the same floor there are also a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a single bed and door to the terrace, and a common bathroom with "in-shower" water massages and WC.

The top floor consist from the largest of the 3 bedrooms with a double bed, the second bathroom with bath-tub and WC, and a walk-in closet.
Outside there is a large veranda which enjoys views of the island's two big mountain massifs.
The house is framed by large gardens with fruit trees, flowers and very old olive trees which underline the typical Cretan character.

At night, the entire garden can be lit by small lamps.
Both the garden and the rest of the property below with it's old crooked trees make an ideal playground for children.
In one of the trees, even a little hut is mounted.
The 60 square meters swimming pool is equipped with a modern ecologic cleaning system that works without chlorine.
